If you forget your password, click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. Enter your email address and select 'Recover Password.' Check your email for a password reset link, click on it, and then set and confirm your new password.

Yes, it is possible to order without a customer account.

Yes, you can return any item within 14 days of your order.
Please ensure that the products are unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. To help us process your return smoothly, we ask that the items are not damaged or contaminated.

The return of orders over 500 AED are free of charge. However, if you choose a return shipping method other than the standard option we offer, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

All of our products maintain a shelf life of two years when sealed.
